Breaking Barriers and Inspiring Brilliance: W2WM Expands Women in STEM Program

Woman to Woman Mentoring is thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our Women in STEM Program! Thanks to the generosity of the Kahlert Foundation, we are proud to share that we are expanding our Women in STEM program to now include graduate students and young professionals up to the age of 30.

By extending our program beyond undergraduate students to serve graduate students and young professionals, we aim to bridge the gap that often exists as they transition from academia to the workforce. We recognize that this phase of their lives can be both exciting and daunting, filled with unique challenges and uncertainties. Our expanded program will provide the necessary resources, connections, and guidance to navigate these critical stages with confidence.

At Woman to Woman Mentoring, we firmly believe that mentorship is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. Over the years, we have witnessed countless success stories and the transformative impact that mentoring relationships can have on aspiring women in STEM. We have seen firsthand the power of support, resilience, guidance, and inspiration in breaking barriers, overcoming challenges, and shattering glass ceilings.

This expansion of our Women in STEM program is a testament to the continued growth and commitment of Woman to Woman Mentoring. We firmly believe that by investing in the success of young women in STEM, we are not only empowering individuals but also making a significant contribution to the advancement of science and technology.

As we embark on this new chapter, we extend our gratitude to our dedicated mentors, supporters, and partners who have made this expansion possible. Stay tuned for more updates and success stories from our incredible mentees and mentors.
