Our facilitator Karen Justice is one savvy lady! Karen has lived in 14 states, 2 foreign countries and 29 different homes. She’s changed not only jobs, but industries. She’s been an employee and an entrepreneur. Even her education is diverse. Karen earned an undergraduate degree in home economics at West Virginia University and a Masters In Business Administration in Norway. Managing reactive and proactive change is something she’s been doing for over six decades. In this Mentoring Circle, she’ll share some lessons learned and facilitate your peer discussions.

Melissa Curtis Cherry is a licensed, clinical social worker with 20 years of experience working with children and families in the Frederick area. She helped create Woman to Woman Mentoring, Inc. and has been involved with the organization since its inception. She also is the proud mom of her 15-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son.
Tonya Hatosy-Stier has been coaching, mentoring and training for more than 30 years. She is the Executive Director for Woman to Woman Mentoring and is the proud mom of her 15 and 12-year-old sons.
