Are you someone who is passionate about helping ALL women thrive? Do you want to join our team of connectors, collaborators, supporters, guiders, uniters, and bridge-builders?

Apply to become the new Executive Director for Woman to Woman Mentoring

Founded in 2009 and becoming a non-profit 501(c)(3) in 2015, Woman to Woman Mentoring’s mission is to cultivate mentoring relationships that provide women with guidance, support, and community connections. Our innovative and effective programs serve women of all ages by combining the power of one-on-one mentoring community-building workshops and helping connect women so that they may work toward their goals in education, career, and life.

Woman to Woman Mentoring is a strong community of connectors, collaborators, nurturers, guiders, uniters, and bridge-builders. We believe in acceptance and understanding with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mindset in our strategic drivers. We use our platform to amplify the voices of others, affirm their value, and spotlight their strengths.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Woman to Woman Mentoring’s expansion and execution of its mission, programs, and staff. The position demands an autonomous work style while leading a small team of dedicated employees, overseeing two part-time employees and one full-time employee. The Executive Director is a connector, fundraiser, and community leader dedicated to increasing awareness of W2WM throughout Frederick and other Maryland counties. The Executive Director reports to a full Board of Directors through transparent communication and collaboration.
